Mechanical Design Engineering
Our core competency is mechanical design. We do everything from 3D Computer Aided Design to Technical Drawings and Bill of Material creation. We are experts in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, which ensures that our designs fit together perfectly. Our primary design software is Solidworks, which is the platform we use to create detail parts, assemblies, and drawings. We are also experts with PTC Creo and Autodesk Inventor. We make sure to keep communication constant throughout the design process to ensure the end product fits our client's needs.

With Finite Element Analysis, you are able to optimize your design before you build or test anything! This is an incredibly powerful tool in the design process, as it will save you time and money on your project. We can simulate static and dynamic forces, thermal loading, vibration and shock loading, fatigue, nonlinear materials, computational fluid dynamics, and much more! Our primary software for Finite Element Analysis is Solidworks Simulation and Flow simulation.
