SOFTWARE EXPERTISE

We use the right tools for the right jobs. DreamSpace engineers use industry standard CAD and FEA tools that ensure the integrity of our designs.

Solidworks

Solidworks is by far the most popular Computer Aided Design software available. A standard tool in most academic settings, Solidworks has great functionality built into its system. With a very user friendly interface, Solidworks allows the engineer to create detailed 3D models and assemblies, create detail drawings, and parts lists. With Solidworks Simulation and Flow Simulation, the engineer has a wide variety of simulation tools to use to predict product performance. If you are starting your project for the first time, DreamSpace recommends Solidworks as the preferred CAD tool.

PTC Creo is a solid 3D CAD software for any application. The engineer is able to create everything from 3D models and assemblies, to technical drawings, and parts lists. Creo also allows for model based definition, smart connected design, plastic part design, augmented reality, surfacing, and 3D rendering as apart of its design capabilities. Creo also has an analysis package that includes structural, thermal, motion, mold fill, fatigue, and creepage analysis.

PTC Creo
Autodesk Inventor

Autoddesk Inventor is a 3D CAD software made by the Autodesk corporation. This software allows the engineer to model product and mechanical design systems. Using Inventor, the engineer is able to design product using 3D part and assembly modeling along with drawing creation, collaborate with other engineers, automate design by creating design configurations, as well as simulate design using dynamic and stress analysis tools. Whether you are create 2D layouts or 3D systems, Autodesk is a great option for a CAD software.

Arduino is a powerful open source electronic platform based on user friendly hardware and software. Control boards from Arduino allow the engineer to read inputs such as light on a sensor, finger on a button, or a social media post and turn it into an output such as activating a motor, turning on an LED, or publishing a post online. The instructions are sent via the microcontroller on the board which is programmed using the Arduino programming language through the Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE).

Arduino
Raspberry Pi

Raspberry Pi is a single board, high performance computer. Developed at a variety of price points, the Raspberry Pi has incredible functionality using programming languages such as Scratch or Python. This powerful tool can operate as a computer, along with the ability to interact with the outside world. The Raspberry Pi can read in sensor input and respond with output, such as reading a soil sensor in the front lawn and turning on the sprinklers if the water level is to low. Furthermore, with the ability to connect to the internet, the Raspberry Pi can integrate this information into it's decision making.

PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

Our engineers have a pedigree that you can have confidence in that will deliver success to your programs!

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Nothing teaches quite like experience. At DreamSpace we have plenty of that. Our team has over 10 years of industry experience across multiple industries. We have developed some of the industries most cutting edge technology in the Aerospace and Defense, Robotics, Consumer Product, and Electronic Systems industries.

ACCREDITED COLLEGIATE CAREER

Having the foundation for anything is critical. For engineering it starts by achieving a college degree. This demonstrates that the time was taken to understand the engineering principles required for quality work. Our engineers have all completed up to a master's degree from an accredited college.

INNOVATIVE CULTURE

Our culture at DreamSpace is a culture of plussing our skills. This means we are constantly looking to improve ourselves with the goal our bringing more value to our customers. Whether is learning a new programming language such as  python or learning a new software such as Labview, our team understands the value of innovation.
